Willie Stroever is co-chair of the intellectual property group at the law firm of Cole Schotz. Willie guides his clients in protecting the brands, inventions, and other things they create, and in maximizing the value of those innovations for their businesses. Willie first became involved with Family Promise through donation drives and on-site projects, but was quickly drawn to the organization's mission, and the staff and volunteer's passion for that mission. Willie joined the board of Family Promise in 2016 and now serves as the board's President.

Frank Novak
Sr. Data Architect at Munich Re - MRSI

Frank Novak is currently a Sr. Data Architect at Munich Re – MRSI. With a long career in Information Technologies, he has managed many technical transformations to successful completion. Frank is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Rockaway, where he has coordinated many community outreach projects while chairing or serving on the Outreach Committee. Frank’s involvement with Family Promise of Morris County started when the agency needed a new hosting congregation, and his church came on to play that role. Over the years, seeing the work and success of FPMC, he wanted to get more involved beyond his current service. Witnessing the care and holistic approach extended to FPMC’s guests led Frank to joining the Board of Trustees.

Martin Gilligan
Chief Commercial Officer, Phathom Pharmaceuticals

Martin Gilligan is Chief Commercial Officer at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where he is setting strategic direction and building a commercial organization for a novel therapeutic treatment in gastroenterology. His career has spanned both large and start-up biopharmaceutical companies where he has held multiple leadership positions.
Martin has been actively involved at St. Patrick School and Parish in Chatham, NJ, for over 20 years. During his engagement at St. Patrick, he witnessed the efforts and benefits of Family Promise of Morris County that have driven him to his current commitment to the organization. Outside of his local community, Martin has a long history as a volunteer leader in the Providence College institutional advancement.

Matt has served on the Board of Trustees since January 2017 and is currently the Treasurer at Family Promise of Morris County where he oversees all financial aspects of the organization. Matt is a Wealth Advisor at RegentAtlantic in Morristown where he counsels and advises individuals and families on financial planning, tax planning, estate planning and investment management and has been quoted in various media publications, including The Wall Street Journal.

Daniel Umana

Daniel Umana is a banking professional with 8 years of experience in the financial sector. He is currently the AVP, Commercial Loan Officer at Provident Bank. Throughout his career, Daniel has been responsible for commercial and consumer lending as well as portfolio management. He is a graduate of William Paterson University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
He is also active with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, participating in the Business Development and Young Professionals committees. Daniel is a Rotarian, associated with the Madison Club, and served as a board member for Parsippany Board of Fire Commissioners from 2012-2017.

Amy Ochsenreiter

Amy Ochsenreiter has spent seven years within the building materials industry at GAF, focusing on renewable energy investing, product development, strategy, and her current role of leading growth and innovation operations. Growing up with a contractor father and mother in the building materials industry, Amy has a strong passion for enabling all to have a space that they can call home.
Amy received her Master of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College. She sat on the Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership’s Alumni Board from 2015-2020 and the National Roofing Contractors Association’s Roof Integrated Solar Energy Board from 2015-2018.

Sharon J.L. Yoo, Esq.
Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, Inc.

Sharon Yoo is a social justice attorney who has advocated for the rights of individuals and families affected by disabilities for over 10 years. She currently is an attorney at Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, where she provides representation at civil commitment and administrative hearings. In 2016, Sharon launched HEAL, one of New Jersey’s first medical legal partnerships for patients. She also managed Urban Justice Center's Parents with Psychiatric Disabilities Project, advocating for the rights of parents with disabilities to remain with their children.
As the former County of Morris Human Services director, Sharon was first introduced to Family Promise through their Navigating Hope partnership. She saw the difference FPMC made in the lives of individuals and families. It was because of this impactful work that she joined the Board in 2020.

Lawrence Ragonese

Board Member Since: 2021
Larry Ragonese is a veteran communications specialist, with a long career in journalism and then state and county public relations. He started his career in local New Jersey radio, in music and news, and then moved to print journalism for three decades. He worked for the Morristown Daily Record before moving to the Star-Ledger for 26 years. Subsequently, he served as Gov. Chris Christie’s environmental spokesman at the New Jersey DEP and most recently was Communications Director for Morris County government.
A very proud father of two children, Nikki and Kyle, three beautiful grandchildren, and a wonderful wife and best friend, Alicia, he is honored to be of service to Family Promise of Morris County.

Donald Stahl
Collaborative Partners LLC/Angeletti Group of Morristown

Born and raised in Gilette, New Jersey, Don brings over 35 years of senior leadership, fundraising, consulting, and coaching experience to a diversity of non-profit organizations. He has served over sixty non-profits, for which he has helped secure over half a billion dollars in funding. Don currently serves as a vice president with The Angeletti Group of Morristown and as the Managing Partner of Collaborative Partners LLC.
Don has served on dozens of boards and currently volunteers with multiple advisory boards, including several in Patterson, New Jersey; Young Life Garden State Region; and the Operating Council of the New Jersey Coalition Against Human Trafficking. Don is a graduate of Wheaton College (IL), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div), and the Boston University Questron School of Management(MBA). He lives in Morristown with his wife Liz.

Chris McManus is a Financial Professional who specializes in Life Insurance, College Planning, Retirement, Investment, and Estate Planning. He is also the founder of Monthly Connectors, which connects local business leaders together with the goal to promote growth within the community and their businesses.
Having grown up in the Morristown area, Chris is passionate about his community and helping folks however he can. He joined Family Promise’s Board of Trustees in October of 2022 and looks forward to furthering their mission within the community. He currently lives with his wife, two cats, and two dogs in Morristown, where they plan on adopting and raising a child in the near future.
