Community Support Program  (CS)

Families and individuals who are graduates of our shelter or other local programs, and those precariously housed in the community, receive 24-hour crisis intervention, in-home case management, referrals and linkage to needed services.

Keys to Housing  (KH)

Our housing voucher program consists of up to 40 housing vouchers from local, regional and federal partnerships. The landlord / tenant component provides incentives to landlords and education to tenants.

Promising Solutions (PS)

A unique and valued partnership of Morris County Human Services and local nonprofits, Promising Solutions provides safe, affordable, shared housing for up to 32 single women experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in the community.

On a campus of eight homes and one administrative house, PS Residents work toward long-term goals of maintaining safe, affordable, and accessible housing; mental and physical health; education and employment; and personal goals.

Family Promise provides programming, case management, and resident support.

Homeless Solutions provides property management.

Morris Habitat for Humanity completed initial renovations.

There is currently a house on campus dedicated to serving women veterans, served jointly with Community Hope.

Fact: Since 1960, rent has risen 61% nationwide, while renters’ average incomes have only increased by 5%.
